Push ups anyone?
So, I've never posted a picture of me working out in my house or at the gym. Most people who know me know I work out normally 5-6 days a week. I've been doing this consistantly for over 2.5 years now. In the summer, my main form of staying fit is mtn. biking and weights. In the winter, I go to the gym, do my thing and get outta there. I don't really talk to anyone for 1.5-2 hours so I can focus.
I've done so many types of things to stay fit and be strong. Push ups were something for me that I couldn't even do a year ago. I'm talking about push ups on your feet, not on your knees. They are hard, really, really hard. For a woman, doing 5-10 on your feet is amazing. Doing 15-20 on your knees is also awesome. I've been able to do anywhere between 6-10 on my feet and many on my knees, which is a HUGE accomplishment for me so I wanted to post a picture or two.
Try getting on your feet and hands and bust out 10. It really is so hard...and with good form. All the way down, all the way up. BAM! In the pics I'm doing standard and military push ups.
