I think this was the muddiest camping I've ever done. Showed up to a cool camp spot. There were cows, but we didn't mind. Had a nice fire Friday night, ate and slept. Woke up Saturday to some sprinkles. Get ready to ride and downpour! It just doesn't stop raining all day and the place we camped was just mud, mud, mud. At one point, we couldn't even drive the cars to our tents because we'd get stuck. We did manage to have a good BBQ in the mud though, well worth it!
Luckily, we (Re, Jamon, Dan and Rob) were able to ride one day and it was BEAUTIFUL! Fruita has some great riding and we just scratched the surface. A lot like Moab, only less crowded. I like it better. I can't wait to go back!
